- Where are the bags manufactured?
- Our bags are manufactured exclusively in the European Union – currently in Poland, Portugal, and Croatia. We produce on demand and completely avoid stock production. This means: No overproduction, no unnecessary resources – just sustainable, demand-driven manufacturing with short delivery routes and the highest quality standards.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design. Want to test first? Individual samples are available if the desired material is in stock. This way you can check quality and feel before placing your main order.
- How long does production take?
- Production time is typically 1–3 weeks. Depending on size, material, print type, and complexity, delivery time may vary – we communicate this transparently with you.
- Can it be done faster?
- If you're in a hurry, we'll gladly explore express options. Contact us – sometimes projects can be completed faster than expected.
- Is a custom bag color possible?
- Yes – and that's what makes your bag unique. Custom fabric dyeing according to Pantone Solid C is available from 3,000 pieces. This creates production perfectly matched to your corporate design.
- How shape-stable and washable are the bags?
- For maximum shape stability of natural-colored bags, we recommend pre-shrunk fabrics. These have been pre-treated and retain their fit significantly better even after washing. Ideal for durable promotional or retail products. Colored fabrics are generally pre-washed.
- Why does a bag made of untreated raw fabric lose its shape after washing?
- Untreated raw fabric is a semi-finished textile product. It has not been finished for printing or washing. Only through an additional washing and finishing process does the fabric acquire its final properties such as shape stability, color brilliance, and print durability. If quality and longevity are important to you, we recommend washed or finished fabrics.
- What is the maximum print area?
- Almost limitless: Printing is possible up to full coverage – depending on the model, even bleed printing.
- Can bags be made from multiple fabric colors?
- Yes. Each individual fabric piece can be individually color-designed. This creates true design originals – perfect for brands, campaigns, or special collections.
- Can there be dimensional deviations?
- Our bags are handcrafted. Therefore, a slight dimensional deviation of ± 1 cm may occur. This is standard in the industry and underscores the artisanal character of your production.
- Are fabric samples available?
- Yes. We'll gladly send you fabric samples. Depending on availability, we can also provide sample pieces from previous productions – ideal for decision-making.
- What are the requirements for print data?
- For optimal print results, we need: EPS, CDR, AI, PSD, PDF. Please provide vectorized data and define colors as Pantone Solid C. Our team will review your data before production begins.
- Will I receive a visualization before production starts?
- Yes. You will receive a digital proof for approval. Production only starts after your written confirmation. This ensures everything matches your expectations exactly.
- Will the exact ordered quantity be delivered?
- In textile production, minimal deviations may occur. We calculate a possible tolerance of up to 1% of the total quantity (e.g., due to misprints or quality rejects).
- Washing instructions
- For a long lifespan, we recommend: • Gentle wash cycle up to 40°C • Do not spin dry • Do not tumble dry • Wash and iron inside out
